The Quamar M80 Timer grinder features the same adjustable doser as the Manual version, but, rather than simple on/off controls, the Timer can dispense up to 60 seconds worth of grounds before shutting itself off. Like the Manual, the Timer’s doser is easy to adjust. You simply need to remove the lid and turn the revealed knob to the left for a larger dose, or the right for a smaller one. Once you have it set, the M80 Timer will continue to dose that amount from then on. The M80 Timer is commercial quality and boasts an ETL certification, so just like the Manual it’s great in a cafe or entertainer’s kitchen. Just set the timer to dispense for a minute when you need to brew several shots in a row for your clients or guests. The grind is adjustable across a vast 60 settings for a lot of fine tuning of the grind, allowing you to grind for coarse brew methods all the way to fine with ease.
Using the M80 Timer is simple. Like its manual counterpart, the hopper holds a whole pound of coffee, and an integrated hopper stopper allows you to easily remove the hopper for burr cleaning or to swap between beans. To adjust the grind, turn the marked collar below the hopper, then simply twist the timer dial. The doser holds up to 9.88 oz for those busy days. Just like on the Manual, just pull the sturdy stainless lever to dispense your dose and easily tamp it using the integrated tamper. Internally, each of the M80’s feature 63mm burrs backed up by a powerful 460 watt motor for a high grinding speed of 1600 RPM.
